There are a number of frequent alerts along with other messages that you could get in the driver upgrading process, many of which I've paraphrased and listed here along with information on how to proceed:

QUESTION: Windows 10 is not able to be installed due to my GeForce 6150 nForce 430 hardware

Method to Update Driver with Device Manager

1. Now let's take Windows 10 for example. Open Windows 10 Control Panel by clicking Win+X(Windows keywindows key 3and X key) at the same time and click Control Panel.

3. In Device Manager window, expand categories and locate the device that you wish to update the driver for. For instance, if you want to update driver for "NVidia ForceWare", find this device under "Display Adapters" category. Then right-click on the device name(NVidia ForceWare) and select Update Driver Software.

  4. On the Windows Update page, click Install updates. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. Windows Update will tell you if the updates were successfully installed.
